About Us

The idea for Magyar Threads was born when I tried to find a t-shirt for my Hungarian mom for Christmas.  I couldn't find many options - so I decided to create my own.  She was so happy!!   I've created a collection of standard and personalizable  designs, fun designs that are smart and sassy, and some specific to my Hungarian family and friends.  I hope you are able to find something that you'd be proud to wear to show off your pride and personality.  

The picture on the store front is of my grandparents, Frank "Fritz" and Susan Kertesz on their wedding day in 1940.  Both were born of immigrant parents in the United States.  They are the source of so much love and my Hungarian pride.
